General Terms and Definitions
1.1 Key Definitions
- "Platform" refers to the tk888 website, mobile app, and all related digital services.
- "User" refers to any adult registered on tk888 who is accessing services through an active account.
- "Account" refers to a user's registered personal profile, through which deposits, betting, and withdrawals can be made.

2.1 User Eligibility Requirements
- The person registering must be 21 years of age or older (21+ only).
- The user must open an account voluntarily and of their own free will — no one else may register on their behalf.
- The user must use their own funds that have been obtained through lawful means.
- The same person may not operate more than one account.
- The user must confirm that their judgement is unimpaired and that they are not betting under the influence of any addiction.
- Transferring funds earned from one's own account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
Account Registration
3.1 Information Required at Registration
To open an account on tk888, the user must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with incorrect or false information may be cancelled later and the balance in such accounts may be forfeited.

- Active mobile number — will be used for OTP verification
- Valid email address — important notifications will be sent here

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)
tk888 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. When requesting a withdrawal or upon request by tk888, the user may be required to provide one of the following documents:
- A clear photo of the National ID Card (NID) or passport
- Proof of ownership of the payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account details)
- A selfie with the ID card, if required

Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on tk888 are processed through bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. No transaction fees apply for deposits or withdrawals.
4.1 Deposit Terms
- To make a deposit, the user must use a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in their own name.
- Deposits from third-party mobile banking accounts are not permitted.
- Minimum single deposit: ৳200. Amounts below this will not be accepted.
- Deposits are generally credited to the balance instantly. In case of a delay, please contact live chat.
- Please avoid submitting multiple deposit requests at the same time.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum single withdrawal: ৳1,000. Amounts below this will not be processed.
- Withdrawals will only be sent to the same mobile banking account used for the deposit.
- After a successful request, withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.
- To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
- In cases of suspected suspicious activity, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended and verification may be requested.
- Withdrawals cannot be split across multiple methods — the method used for the most recent deposit will be used.
Bonuses and Promotions
The tk888 welcome bonus is a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount.

The two examples below clarify how bonuses are calculated:

5.2 Bonus Eligibility Terms
- The welcome bonus is granted only once, on the first deposit.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
- After receiving a bonus, the deposited amount also cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.
- Bonuses will not be granted for multiple accounts from the same household or the same device.
- tk888 reserves the right to change the duration and terms of any promotion.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be placed under review.
5.3 VIP Cashback
The tk888 VIP programme has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level — from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.2% at Diamond. Cashback is calculated on the week's net loss.
Example: A Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback (the maximum benefit for that level).
Betting and Game Terms
6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation Policy
Once a bet is confirmed on tk888, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Bets may be cancelled or reconsidered in the following situations:
- If a bet is not properly recorded due to a technical error or server disruption
- If a sporting event is postponed or abandoned and no result is determined
- If an obvious error in odds is displayed and the user knowingly takes advantage of it
- If evidence of account fraud is found
6.2 Sports Betting Terms
For betting on cricket, football, and other sports, tk888 follows international standards. The decision of the relevant sporting authority is final in determining match results. In the case of a multi-bet, if one selection is cancelled, the odds will be recalculated with the remaining selections.
BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all other international cricket tournaments are subject to the same betting terms.
6.3 Casino Game Terms
The outcomes of all games — including slots, live casino, Teen Patti, roulette, and baccarat — are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or through a live dealer. Any complaint about a game result must be reported via live chat within 24 hours.
Account Security
Each user is fully responsible for the security of their own account. Login credentials must never be shared with anyone. tk888 will never ask for a password or OTP via live chat, email, or phone — treat any such request as fraudulent.
7.1 Password and Login Security
- Change your password regularly and do not use a password already used on another site.
- If you log in from a public or shared device, always log out afterwards.

Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities will be considered a violation of tk888's terms and may result in immediate account closure:

- Money laundering or suspicious financial activity through an account.

Account Suspension and Closure
9.1 Suspension by tk888
tk888 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

- Fraudulent bonus use or multiple accounts identified
- Providing false information during KYC verification
- Direction from a court or competent authority
9.2 Closure by the User
Any user may voluntarily close their account. To do so, a request must be made through the live chat support team or by email. Before the account is closed, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw any withdrawable balance remaining. Requests for self-exclusion as part of responsible gaming are also accepted.
Limits of Liability
